Introduction to Sewing is designed for the new or returning sewer. Whether you’ve never even taken your machine out of the box or you’ve been making it up as you go along for years, this class will take you from zero to stitch in four short weeks! Every project is designed to cover multiple skills, allowing you to learn a ton of skills in a short period of time, including straight and curved seams; linings and facings, binding and finishing; embellishment; zippers; and piping! We also cover supplies/notions, fabric facts, and lots more.
The class is built to teach you essential, foundational skills while you create four super cute projects, giving you the instant gratification of showing off your work each week and the motivation to continue learning and improving your sewing.
Cost: $250 for the four week session includes some materials and even free patterns! You provide your own sewing machine, thread & fabric.
