The North Georgia Mountains are well-known for their beauty and tranquility.  Well, it’s time to get some motors going up in them thar hills–sewing machine motors, that is!  Join Whipstitch for our Third Annual Sewing Retreat this February!

We’ll be heading to the Glen-Ella Springs historic inn, located in the heart of the gorgeous North Georgia mountains.  Arrive Friday evening for a meet-n-greet reception with your fellow retreaters, then be seated for a fabulous gourmet dinner in one of Georgia’s top five restaurants.  While away the rest of your evening sewing and learning in the conference center they’ve set aside just for us!  Wake up early Saturday for an amazing breakfast, followed by a morning of stitching–complete with continuous snacks and beverage service.  Lunch is a sublime picnic on the grounds, with a leisurely stroll through the gardens.  Sew through the afternoon until we all get together for another legendary dinner at the inn, topped off with more sewing that night.  Finally, a fabulous Sunday breakfast, one last chance to sew, sew, sew, and the perfect gourmet lunch before leaving!  Join an optional side trip Sunday afternoon to local mountain quilt shops, and you’ve just experienced the relaxing trip of a lifetime.
