Since my office closed for a “snow day” on Friday, I used some of that surplus time to make pancakes with fresh blueberries JUST FOR ME. I used the griddle portion of our Jenn-Aire, so that I could load them on and only had to cook two batches. And, yes, I did use sour cream with the Jiffy Mix (my child knows me too well). There’s nothing like some slightly undercooked goo to fill your inner child!

Love it! We made scratch pancakes for dinner the other night. Since I am working on Saturdays we have family Sundays and try to have family nights at least twice a week. I have to admit I am pretty jealous about the every Saturday dates, we are lucky when we get 1 date a month Hugs – C

that’s so great! we try to devote saturdays to family time. but our saturdays seem to be filled with extended family things, church things, and trying to catch up around the house. and when you and your husband go on dates, link it up on our Project 52: Date Nights!
